Late Policy
In order to serve you better, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will limit the time of your spa enjoyment.
Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate your call to us 1-day in advance so that we can re-arrange a new date for you to avoid any disappointment.
Payment
We accept cash only. Prices are subject to change from time to time.
Spa Etiquette
As you unwind your spa experience in a relaxing ambience, we request you to turn off your cell phone before entering the spa suite. In addition, should the need arise to bring a junior below age 18 years, please ensure you accompany him/her through the services to ensure minimal disruption to your spa indulgence.
Gift Voucher
Our Gift Voucher is available for any service and it is non-refundable. If you lost your Gift Voucher you will be charged a $5 fee for a replacement voucher. Your voucher reflect with a validity date and it must be presented at time of service.
Lost Items
With regret, we will not be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings, we ask that please take extra care and caution of your personal belongings at all times. Do check if you leave any belongings behind before leaving the spa suite.
